the new buzz of the town is that google is in OS development.
another proof that came in my sight today i favour of this argument is
a entry in http://www.google.com/robots.txt
The second last line says : Disallow: /gcc/
well gcc as to the best of my knowledge could only mean GCC the gnu compiler collection.
well it could be a false alarm also as Google could also be planing to launch a new service with abbreviation G.C.C.
but for now on gcc could be said to be associated with compiler and if google is working on gcc then there could be no better proof of its involvement in O.S. development.

finding a line about gcc in robots.txt and then claiming that Google is in the OS development industry because of it is a huge jump in logic and is absolutely ludacrous.
