earlier HERE i posted about my speculation in context with Google and O.S.

but now its everywhere
a hour or so ago it was allover in the Google news section,

New York Times reporter Miguel Helft, who published a feature on Google’s mobile strategy this morning, says on his accompanying blog that “sources I talked to with knowledge of the project say Google is not building a phone.”
but the most interesting fact that he found was that the Google was not in mobile development but is developing a mobile O.S.

and this mobile O.S. as per Google will be Linux based and will be using open standards (doesn’t necessarily means open source).

but Google has promised that they will not be charging any licensing fees as compared to other mobile o.s. manufactures like microsoft etc.

HOPE that this might change the current scenario.

with so much talks of google os, one simple thought that came in my mind is that, if we look at the overall scenario google is a lot close to getting the whole os done (with its large array of browser based softwares), even if you wish to work on this all you need is a hosting space either cheap web hosting for general purpose work or dedicated servers (if you want ultimate performance). Here i would recommend anhosting coz it gives a lot of addon’s like free domain name registration.

When you got the first part done head straight to EYE-OS web based Operating system download the software and install it on your hosting and within minutes you get the whole Operating system going on right inside your browser. i doubt if google ever will make a web os it will definetely look at eye-os source codes once.
